U-Haul Moving & Storage of California Oaks

Nothing is worse than having to wait in line and take 20 to 30 minutes to complete a transaction. This is not one of those times. It took me less than 2 minutes, using the U-Haul app, to rent pay for and get access to a storage unit. Amazing just how far technology has come. I did the transaction while waiting on my food at Jack in the Box. Literally ordered my food, opened the app, rented the unit, got a text with the code and how to access my unit and then I got my food. They didn’t have the lowest price for a unit but the ease in which I was able to complete the rental is worth the little extra I pay. When I arrived at the location to move in, the facility is nice and clean. There’s not homeless people everywhere. Even the restroom was clean. Paper towels were stopped. I am truly impressed with how well this storage location is ran. ///// After move out. AMAZING. 5 ⭐️s all the way. Used the app and had 0 issues. GM was great and so was the staff. I was very pleased with the interactions with them. The facility was clean and no homeless like other storage places. Great job keeping this facility top notch. Restroom was clean and had toilet paper and towels to dry my hands. Like WOW. How do you keep a remote location so clean and customer friendly?? Everything was great about this for me. If I ever need storage again, this is where I am going. Great job to the GM and her staff.

Carolina saved the day for my family. I rented a trailer and then I needed a big truck and she took care of us and mentioned that storage was available and gave me the options which I decided later to go with plus helped me get insurance for everything too. Then she came through almost instantly when I needed to move everything in and made the reservation as fast as possible and helped my family in a huge way. So happy to have her and the UHaul team in my town!

Everyone was beyond polite and friendly and went above and beyond to help make the experience perfect. I really wish this facility would teach other storage facilities and moving vehicles what customer service should look like. Because no one else is half as good.
