I made my reservation for my move. The lady at the U-Haul and the lady on the phone were both helpful, personable and professional. I truly felt at ease and trusting with them. They eased my mind with my future move.

Brian gave amazing customer service. He has made me a loyal customer for life. The elevator is down and today was my move-in day I climbed up the stairs and there was no lock in the storage unit. Brian walked up the six flights of stairs for me to lock my storage unit, to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Hope he gets a raise because dayum that's a lot of steps
