Horrible Horrible customer service. I rented a truck Friday and returned it Sunday. When I returned it the lady made me feel like I had no reason to be there. She barked at me and told me what to do with the truck and said I'll email you in ten minutes. Then it gets worse. I went back Monday because I realized I left something in the truck. The guy was extremely unhelpful and told me to go check the truck myself. The truck was backed against the snow so I tracked through the snow and popped open the back. My bag was there. I didn't even bother to close the door to the truck I just grapped my item and left. I will go out of my was to find a better branch. And I will be filing an complaint with the corporate office.

Customer service was excellent. The van was clean and the app worked well for communication with staff. Van was new! Try the Hammond location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always a smooth experience at this location. My go to for truck rental every time. Stopped me and gave me back something I’d forgotten in the truck too.
