We had them install a hitch on our Kia. We're very satisfied. The staff and facility are very nice. And the installation went smoothly and within the time estimate. The waiting area and guest wi-fi are also good, if you have to hang around.

She is the living proof of what U-Haul wants its brand to be, and as someone who has spent a career helping companies chase that ideal, I can say this with confidence: Deanna is the kind of employee you don’t just appreciate, you build campaigns around.

I’ve been to 10+ u-haul locations over the years. The experience as this location was the best and it’s not even close. Everything is clean, all the staff is courteous and works really fast. No issues with the equipment. In and out in under 15 minutes and even faster to return the trailer. A+. Will only use this location from now on.
