U-Haul Moving & Storage of Shawnee

So happy to see our new U-Haul location is now open. This place is close to my house and will make accessing the products I use on a regular basis easy. Staff was super nice and helpful as well. Looking forward to many more visits in the near future.

My only interaction with a person was when I was dropping off the truck. The young man was friendly and personable. He did a great job. I overfilled the tank of gas to full on accident and he gave me a credit on my bill. I didn’t have to ask for it, and I wasn’t expecting it. Thank you.

Update your address on the website and make the customer entrance a little more noticeable. Main points to this outside of the constant praise I can give about my visit. I walked in with no reservation, the young lady was super sweet. She was able to accommodate my needs promptly and professionally. Her customer service skills were on point. When I went to get my equipment the manager who helped me was friendly, quick, and professional. All in all my experience was so exceptional I will ALWAYS look to this location when I need UHaul
