She had clear communication and answered all my questions. She's Definitely management/ Corporate material. It was easy to make a reservation. I'm glad I picked this location. Thank you so much!

Exceptional Customer Service from Jessica at U-Haul Homestead! I had a fantastic experience at the U-Haul location at 30215 S Dixie Highway in Homestead, and it’s all thanks to Jessica. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with an enthusiastic and warm personality that immediately set a positive tone for the entire visit. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process. It’s not often you come across someone who truly enjoys what they do, and it showed in every interaction. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. I reserve a truck off the app and decided to pick it up at this new location, I tried to do self check in but it wasn’t working. I went inside and one rep was helping a customer while the other was just sitting there on the computer, didn’t even acknowledge me or look my direction, so I had to wait for the rep to finish with the customer and after about 10 mins finally it was my turn. The staff member told me the app wasn’t working at that location, then proceeded to tell me that the truck I rented had no gas and I needed to put gas and they will give me $8…. I was like wait a minute so I told her no. She then said ok I’ll move you a new a new truck but needed to register me all over again so I said fine but tell me how it went from $29 on my reservation to $59 on there end!!!! I told them to cancel it and went to the one on Flagler and boom easy, I was in and out like nothing. I do not recommend this location.
