If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. The manager's only solution to water getting in my unit was to hang up a packet of Dry-It. I left complaints with her staff, in a voice mail as well as emails but I only received one voice mail from her in return. And talking to her in person was a waste of time. She pretty much dismissed my complaint about water in my unit. I had to squeegee the floor 3 different times and had to pay for a bag of spill absorber and absorbent pads to prevent the puddling from getting to the other side of the unit. They refused to refund my money and wanted to charge me more for getting a different unit. So I sent an email with pictures attached to an administrator and I have yet to hear back from anyone. So I moved out and rented a unit from Planet Storage. They were helpful and explained that if something similar would happen on their property, that I'd be getting a different unit and some free rent for the inconvenience. And that the unit in question would get immediate maintenance scheduled and then be quarantined for 6 months to make sure that the issue would be resolved. Even while I was moving my belongings out of the unit at U-Store, I had water from the ceiling drip down on everything. If I hadn't bagged things up in plastic or used plastic totes, I'm sure my things would have been damaged.

My mom has stored at this place for a few years, help her out when I can. The folks there have always been kind and helpful with service, never overcharged her. I don’t normally leave reviews but these guys are pretty rad.

I’ve stored my things here for a while now and every interaction is so pleasant. Fast, reliable, and friendly service. The location is great too.
