These guys are awesome...very friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. We were so happy with their service that we have been returning customers over the years. We will definitely go here again if we ever need to.

Adam has been nothing short of help to my family and myself every time I am there, he has to help me in some fashion. He follows rules to the T, and if a customers has an urgent need beyond what's normal... truth is he makes whatever the situation is, which can be overwhelming dealing with our things, our lives are just there stuffed in containers... He has great manners, and has a positive across the board boundaries. He is so greatly appreciated. Might we also mention Josh? He has done great being next to Adam to run that storage facility and they do such a grat job and I am very very grateful for them. As a team and individually, they personalize the customer experience, and all.in all.represent the company in a very amazing.way! Thank you, this is Racheal Berry, by the way, but my.phone broke, so using his, however we and my whole family are in agreement.

U-Store on Hawthorne Salem; the facility is a very tightly run ship. Safety is their highest priority for their customers. Josh, the manager, is one of the nicest, and most professional individuals I've had the pleasure of knowing. Cheerful. Competent. Always on time. I highly recommend this facility. The hours of access are a bit restrictive. The facility is squeaky clean. All of the units are indoors, protected from the elements. I give Josh and his facility, five stars. What a great guy.
