I've had units there for 15+ years. I've never complained about the prices that go up every year or the change in company, even when things started to get complicated with the new management. This month my debit card was compromised so I had to cancel it. I tried to call before the 5th, but they were closed. I called first thing Monday morning before the cards were run (because of the weekend they were run the 6th) but was told they couldn't stop autopay so I would have to wait until it declined to use a new card. They called me back at work and I was in a meeting. In the message (10:14) I was told that if I called back today we could avoid a late fee. I called back as soon as I could (1 pm) and was then told I would be charged an additional $12 because my payment was late! $12 because they couldn't change my card before it was run? Because it was 3 hours late? I was never even told about it when I called that morning. I've had issues with their autopay before and never been charged a fee; we were always able to resolve it. I was told it was because I called too late and should have been better prepared. I had remind them that I had literally talked to them that morning before it was charged, because they had already forgot. Also, I couldn't have predicted my card being cancelled due to fraud. I asked to speak with someone who could help me resolve the late fee and was told there was no one and the company wouldn't do it anyway. I was planning on opening a second storage unit this week, but now I think I should explore my options. Very poor customer service.

Decent prices per unit. Nice owners who will work with you if you're on a budget so long as you keep your word. On site manager is usually only there till 5 or 6 pm, but you're allowed to utilize your unit until 9 or 10 pm using your given key code. Would recommend.
