The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, and I’ve always felt that my belongings are safe here. I was happy enough with the service that I referred a few people — something I rarely do, since it takes a lot for me to go out of my way like that. However, when my referrals actually signed up, I was disappointed to find that the $25 referral credit for tenants comes with overly specific rules that make it nearly impossible to qualify for the benefit. As a customer, I felt misled by the process. When I called to express my disappointment, all they said was, “We’ll add a note to your file.” That was it. No effort to address the concern or make it right. Because of this experience, I won’t be referring anyone else in the future.

Unfriendly staff, limited hours & terrible customer service. Referral credit is impossible to utilize -so I wouldn’t recommend renting or referring anyone to rent from this storage facility with the abundant amount of competition out there - I would recommend that you start somewhere ELSE!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The reason for the three star review is their hours. They're incredibly restrictive. The closing time is way too early, especially on weekends. I really hope management can appreciate the need for families to be able to Have access later in the evening to make it more convenient for people... Especially those of us who have a job that many times ends at 5:00. Other than that, but facilities very clean and the people in the office are very friendly and helpful.
