Highly recommend. I rented twon16'units to move down to Palm Coast. The prices are good, the people are very friendly, the units themselves were very clean and even smelled clean. Tons of hooks for bungee and ties, they can park those things anywhere (I was impressed with the remote controlled parking, thanks Dan!). This made my move a lot easier. Thanks Jennifer & team.

While renovating our home, we twice rented a Unit from this company. We were initially impressed by their quick communication and flexible delivery, but later discovered that when it counted most, this company failed to keep their word. However, the second unit wasn't properly sealed. When removing our belongings, we discovered a leak that damaged an expensive West Elm dresser, leaving a 20" circle of mold. We pointed this out to Russell (the owner/manager) when he came to pick up the unit. My spouse keeps the leaves blown off the driveway (usually every day or two) and was sure to blow them out from under the unit too. It was parked on a sloped driveway, so there's no way water could pool under it. Russell told us to "send him the bill" for the dresser. I emailed him the next day (January 23) using the same email address we had always used, and I assumed they would take care of it based on our prior positive interactions. All previous emails had been answered within minutes, but nearly two weeks later, this one was still ignored. I followed up on February 5, but again got no response. I called on February 7, and Russell said that he never checks that email address. How convenient. I forwarded my earlier emails to the new address he provided, and he now says that the damage to both the dresser and the unit is our fault. I have no idea how we could have taken better care of the unit. We even used blankets to protect the floor of the unit from our furniture and were very careful to clean the unit to perfection before returning it. We take care of our belongings, and we believe in taking care of others' belongings as well. In fact, if these units require more care than what we provided, no one should use one. You'd have to spend your whole life just to take care of it. I thought this company was reputable, especially since it was far more expensive to rent one of their portable units than it would have been to store our belongings in a climate-controlled building. We trusted that their unit would protect our belongings, but our trust was misplaced. Now that I know they don't stand behind their units, I won't make that mistake again.
