Uptown Mini-Storage

Every business owner in America should have a Patrick Dixon working for them. His customer service was beyond impressive. We were impressed with how thorough and accommodating he was. He clearly takes pride in his work. The climate controlled facility was great!

I rented 6 units based on 24 hr access and after I paid I was told no 24 hrs access. I had units for a couple of years and was asked to leave because I tried to clean my unit.. they were very unhappy that I tried to keep my units mold free and organized.

If I can add zero Stars I would. Because they lied about the storage lease and stole my furniture. The so called person that, work there is rude. Would never recommend that place to no one! Never got my furniture back. When clearly there proof that, my stuff was stolen. Which the storage people is liable for our stuff being stolen. When its there job to keep the storage unit safe for it not to get stolen.
