Lydia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As the property manager at US Storage, she is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. From the moment we started working with her, she made everything clear and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure we were taken care of. She’s responsive, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the people she helps.

The ladies in the office were so great! Super friendly and very professional. I reserved and paid for the unit online and when I arrived to check in they took me to go view the storage unit I reserved to make sure everything was exactly what I needed and they just made the entire process very simple, straight forward, and most of all stress free!
