Have been with the unit for 7+ months. Eric is super responsive and really hears the customer out. We feel so lucky to have found him as he finds solutions that stick and work for the customer. Highly recommend this branch and working with Eric. He was able to convince us to stick to this branch when the central team changed the rent by 3x.
