I rented a unit here for about 2 years and my experience was wonderful without any complaints. The team is friendly and very accommodating, especially Shaketa, and the facility was safe and well-maintained. Affordable, too! 5/5.

Shaketa was so wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Her customer service was above and beyond. With an employee like this, it gives you confidence in renting from USA storage. I have had horrible experiences in the past, thank you for having such an efficient employee to deal with!

She walked me through the options clearly, made the whole process easy, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my choice.
