Misleading Advertising – Bait and Switch On January 10th, I went to the Miami Airport location to rent a 10x10 unit on the first floor. The gentleman helping me was very polite and professional. He told me the monthly rate was $192 and confirmed that the company offers price matching if the competitor is within 10 miles and offers the same size unit in a similar location (like first floor). I provided a screenshot of a competitor that met all the criteria. I even told him and the manager that I preferred the price match over the promotional price because the promo was only for 3 months, and I wanted to lock in the price-matched rate for a year. The manager denied the request, saying they are not honoring price matching, despite what their website clearly states. Later, a district manager called and said they will not price match AND will not allow me to prepay for a year, even though their website advertises both options. When I asked if they would honor what’s advertised, she said no and admitted the website was wrong and would be updated. She could only apologize for the error. This is extremely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. They advertise policies to attract customers but refuse to honor them. Be careful, what you see on their website may not be what you get in the store.

Value Store It Self Storage has been nothing but amazing. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly goes out of their way to help you. From the moment I walked in, they explained everything clearly, helped me find the right-sized unit, and made the whole process stress-free. Access hours are convenient, the property feels safe, and the units are easy to get to. The price is fair for the quality you get, and they don’t hit you with hidden fees or surprises. Overall, I highly recommend Value Store It whether you’re storing a few boxes or your whole household, this is the place to go.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, property managment is super, very professional and helpful , they showed me the facility explained all the options , the contract leasing process is very well streamlined and easy, and the best part and what I think makes them stand- out they are probably the only SS facility that accepts deliveries and drop offs to your unit , thank you Carolyn Cuevas and Annelly.
