Vine Street Storage

We spoke with many self-storage businesses in the Seattle area, and most of them felt incredibly slimy and predatory - we did not feel that here. Megan was a joy to work with! She was very helpful and accommodating in getting us the unit we wanted, and made the process of setting up the lease feel seamless. We’ve only been renting a month, but so far so good. Would recommend!

Clean and decently affordable storage units in a great location if you live or work in Belltown. Plus, it's not Public Storage so they'll actually treat you like a person. They provide great service and if you communicate they can even help with prorated rates as apposed to big box companies screwing you out of time you didn't need the space. I recommend them as the go to spot in the area constantly.

While in town for work, my colleague and I needed to rent a van for the weekend. We popped over to Vine St Storage, and while they didn't have what we needed, the manager, Megan, made sure to help us secure the rental at another location. Absolutely the best customer service - thank you so much!
