Vista Road Self Storage

THIS IS A PUBLIC ATTEMPT TO GET VISTA ROAD STORAGE ADMINISTRATION TO CONTACT ME BACK ASAP REGARDING MY STORAGE UNIT. IN MY OPINION & Experience; Bad administration, even if you pay ahead of your due date they will charge you the late fees and jeopardizing your belongings. And GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO RETURN YOUR CALLS. We used to pay by using the drop box and supposedly the couldn't find the check so we paid again, etc. Then we decided to MAIL the payments to the main office which is in SUGARLAND, well same B.S. every month is the same nightmare & for the past 3 weeks I've been calling to resolve the issue and NO ONE has returned my calls. They're demanding a payment even when every check has cleared with our bank. L. Monroy

I shouldn't even5give them a star,been trying to get into my unit but the door has been broken and it been 2 weeks that I told the owner and they still haven't fixed it I do not recommend this place unless you want to put your suff in and not wanting to take it out......

Very good service from management & great place to store my personal belongings...
