Honestly this place is a god sent ! Ive not been the most easiest person to deal with and they never ever fail to make me smile . Crystal and Heather are two very kind , professional women who work there hardest to make our moves as smooth as possible. I am moving far but will keep this location only because they truly are the best ! They evened helped me keep my baby busy while I signed papers !

I generally do not write reviews, but this experience warrants one. The representative I spoke with acted as though I was a bother from the start. She repeatedly sighed on the phone and expressed frustration because we were discussing the same inquiry again, despite the issue being caused by incorrect instructions I had been given. I was told to send an email to a no-reply address associated with their storage email system. I sent the email twice, yet she stated she was irritated that we were “having this conversation for the third time,” rather than helping resolve the problem. Her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I calmly explained that I was frustrated because I was simply trying to retrieve my belongings, she hung up on me. Customer service should not make customers feel like an inconvenience, especially when the issue is due to internal communication errors.

Krystal is the best! Thank you for being amazing and being a positive light during a very stressful move 😁. Give her a raise
