West Ridge Self Storage

I have been storing at this facility for over four years. The staff is helpful, the grounds are clean and the units are secure. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the initial greeting when I walked in the door made me feel at ease. It is convenient, secure and I can access it whenever I have the need to. Highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants a safe, secure, affordable and clean storage.

What can I say? I have been with this Facility for 4 Years now & I have never had an issue. The Customer Service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, The Grounds are kept up all year around even during some torturous Winter’s with the Snow & Ice, The Facility is VERY SECURE with many Eyes On It, Camera’s, Gate, Fencing, Etc. . Some people in the comments complain about Rodents & Roaches but in the 4 Years I have been there I have not seen 1 in my Unit but then again I keep my 2 Unit’s VERY CLEAN & VERY ORGANIZED & so I can’t speak on other’s Unit’s but if I have 2 Unit’s & have never had an issue I feel it my be a Customer Maintenance Issue & Not The Facilities.

In my opinion this is the Best, Cleanest, Affordable, and Secure Storage Facility in Rochester NY. The two ladies who are "The Face" of the company are extremely friendly and helpful! They were really thorough and made sure to explain everything in detail! Plus they made sure that my fiancee and I were both able to open and understand their door latch and lock system!!!
