If you’re reading this, please consider filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General. I’m seeing a pattern—myself included—of this facility failing to communicate with tenants, changing their autopay system without proper notice, and then auctioning units without giving people a fair chance to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable, and customers deserve accountability. Wish I could put zero stars. I recently took a new job and moved most of my belongings into this unit so I could live closer to the training facility. After being let go from that job, I returned to find everything gone—my entire unit emptied with no communication whatsoever.

Illegal and unethical business practices going on at this facility. They sold all of our life’s belongings without good faith efforts, proper notice, or verification of current account records. We tried to settle the account on several occasions during business hours over the phone and in person and no one was there. After four years of being with them, they turned off auto pay and also scammed several other tenants…they should be ashamed of how they manipulated and took advantage of vulnerable groups of people, including disabled elders. If you are seeing this as a prior tenant and experienced the same thing, contact the attorney generals office IMMEDIATELY and report western mini storage.

If i could give this place a zero i would. My client has been paying for his unit for 8 yrs then recieved notice of non payment when he has paid every single month and has reciepts to prove it they returned his last payment mind you this is a disabled vulnerable adult with a letter saying if you dont pay x amount of dollars by the 15th of this month your unit will be auctioned off so he had to drive 5 hours from his home to figure this out. When he got there today on the 13th, they had changed the lock on the unit and all of his belongings, including his dead wife's ashes, we're gone.The unit was empty! I guess they werent expecting him to show up does anybody know a good lawyer?
