Doug and Rita are awesome, welcoming you, explaining the policies and helping you get oriented to the building. Everything is spotless, and they always have more than enough carts to carry your belongings to and from your unit. Although it may not be the least expensive place in town it is clearly of exceptional quality, and well worth the price for the security and convenience.

The White Plains Westy Storage is awesome. It’s clean, the staff are warm and helpful (thanks Doug & Rita!) and it makes the stress of moving so much more manageable. Highly recommend!
