Every time we come here it’s a different surprise. Either trash is outside, trash dumped on the inside., or homeless people staying inside the units They make you pay a monthly maintenance cost but don’t employee anybody to simply man the property. If you call as a paying customer to support, they will not pickup. You have to dial in and click the “interested to purchase option” and someone pickups immediately I would not recommend this company to anyone considering

The place started out with high hopes, but QUICKLY fell The inside is FULL of trash, they make you pay a maintenance fee, but the place is not maintained People trash is left wherever, the inside is starting to stink because there’s mildew and food that is left by the entrance The place is almost turning to a dump or slum because ppl will come and stay in the units for the day. You’ll see and hear people in units but no cars outside The inside used to be conditioned, but now they’ve turned that off too so any orders truly linger in the building. The upstairs is even worse than the downstairs. If they act now, they can save the place, but if not it’ll quickly turn into a slum and stay one

Very affordable, love that the tenants all look out for one another, the security guard is very sweet and she is always helpful, fixes things before u ever have to ask. The entire process was extremely simple and being able to get the first month started for such a low price saved me from losing my things. I will use them anytime I need a unit and I don't plan on going anywhere soon. Thank you! Christina Richardson & Brian Tarver
