Great price, convenient hrs and days, clean, n communication is made easy. Need more carts and employees need to check to make sure to have them placed at each entrance during office hrs, so I'm not walking around to try to find them

The customer service I received from Bella was amazing! She was understanding and very helpful in the areas she could. My only draw was that the unit I rented was NOT close to the entrance as stated on the website. It was in a second building in the back of the lot. The cleanliness of said building left a lot to be desired. That building being out of sight should receive a daily run through of at least cleaning the entrance of all the spider webs and eggs. A good sweep around the inside of the entrance would make these units more inviting as well. I'd like to know I'm leaving my things in a clean environment. Using pesticide before storing is recommended.

I have had a unit here for several years now. Never a problem, and Maria at the E.33rd location is always helpful & friendly.
