*****Michelle you are absolutely amazing!!***** I am a returning customer and manage another unit there for a family member for well over 5 years. We rented another unit here and needed it to be somewhat close to our existing unit we already have.(My family member is disabled and on a Ventilator so we didn’t want her to have to walk to far between units if possible.) We were offered two units to choose from and blindly picked thinking they were about the same distance from our current unit. After securing the contract and moving in to the unit we realized that the other option was much closer and would have been a better fit…. That’s where Michelle stepped in and showed out! Michelle, called me personally and went out of her way to make all the necessary adjustments so that we could move into the other unit which will help my family member out immensely. Michelle was even able to get the unit change fee WAIVED, and even allowed us additional time to have everything moved over. Which is such a big help to us. Michelle, I know you are an indispensable asset to Allsafe storage, customer service like yours is almost unheard of in today’s time. We appreciate you more than you know, thank you so much. Oh yeah, she even gave us a free lock to secure the other unit while we move everything over. (See I told you, she’s amazing! :)

These folks were very nice and very helpful. I recommend. I truly do. The only thing I’ll mention—- in case it matters. It’s not a handicap friendly building to get into the office. There are steps with no ramp. With my hip — I try to avoid stairs. But I did fine. And I’d betcha- just betcha- if it’d been a problem those nice folks would have helped me. Truly are nice folks.

Michelle, the Facility Manager, was terrific with her attention to details as she explained everything to me. The place was immaculate which I appreciated. Nwar my unit there was a very helpful young man who helped this senior with aching bones cart my stuff upstairs. There ARE kind people still around!
