Can’t get the onsite manager to respond by email or phone. Even Storage Pro customer service does not respond. Told the facility may have flooded 2 weeks ago and no updates even though they said they would send one in their robot email distribution. In a sketchy neighborhood. Wish they would improve their customer service.

Always raising the price, charging for protection coverage even after I tell them I have home ownership and insurance. Lost half my possessions due to mother nature and flooding it a $1000 deductible does me no good. The place is run down in bad part of town and the price for storage needs to be slashed in half

The place is horrible to rent from my storage got flooded I had insurance insurance wouldn't cover it then I moved out they charged me even after I moved out and they're continuing to charge me they said they refund me nobody calls me back nobody refunds me it's a horrible facility the manager who's supposed to be in the office is not even there 80% of the time don't ever run from this location it's a horrible location
