Arco's Self Storage

Easy Peasy Lemony Squuezy! I rented the unit online. My brother went first and asked Carlos how it works and to show him around. Carlos was great about it but there were issues with the lock. I went a couple days later and Julia was there. I also asked how it works and she was very patient and showed me how everything works. The unit still had a lock issue so Julia showed me how everything works on a different unit then let me move our stuff over there. The facility is nice and clean and has lots of dollys for you to move things from your car to the unit.

We had an excellent experience getting a storage unit thanks to Nicole and Julie! Nicole was absolutely fantastic- she was personable, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable. She took the time to ask about our needs, walked us through all of our options, and reassured us that our belongings would be safe. She guided us through the entire process and even made sure our keys and check-in process were working smoothly. Julie was also wonderful! She was kind, hospitable, and made the office feel welcoming. They both made what could have been a stressful process seamless and easy. We truly appreciate their professionalism and friendly service. Highly recommend!

They have always been extremely accommodating and helpful, and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. Special shout out to Julie who is always a joy to see, and makes me feel welcome whenever I stop by. She has gone above and beyond to help us out, and it is very appreciated.
