We moved from SF to New York in 2023 but needed to store items in the Bay for seasonal use (Burning Man). Good service in terms of picking up and dropping my stuff off promptly, but they lost one of my items and refused to respond to any of my emails regarding it. Highly unprofessional, and if you have the time, probably better to just do this yourself.

We had a great experience with Boombox! They arrived promptly to move our furniture into storage and were careful with all of our items. They took care of everything! And when we needed our furniture back, we were able to schedule a full delivery within a couple of days. The crew fully delivered and reassembled our furniture quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use Boombox again!
