Armor Storage - I-29

This facility is great and the facility manager Alexis answered all of my questions! Very fast process to lease a unit and was cleaned up prior to my arrival! Will choose this location again in the future when the need arises!

This is not how a storage unit that is open 7 days a week should take care of their property. There was a small path going around the building so I thought I could get through. An hour later after trying to get myself unstuck I finally had to call a tow truck to come get me. This is ridiculous. Then snow was piled up on my storage unit door making it hard for me to get into it while I was waiting. I finally gave up. I am in the middle of a move. I need my stuff. EDIT: I HAVE NOW WASTED 3 HOURS SITTING IN THIS DANG FACILITY WAITING TO GET PULLED OUT BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO TAKE A PLOW OT TRUCK DOWN THE AISLES SO THAT CARS CAN GET THROUGH. . . I AM SO UPSET RIGHT NOW. NOT EVEN UPSET WITH THE TOW COMPANY. BECAUSE ITS NOT THEIR FAULT I NEED TOWED.
