Bryan was very helpful and was able to answer many questions. I appreciate that the facility provides the lock for the unit and that the entry process was so well organized. The location is within excellent proximity to any anything you need in Council Bluffs. I will be happy to recommend this storage facility and its staff to anyone looking to secure storage or rent uhaul trucks, trailers or equipment. I truly appreciate the staff. They were so very helpful and knowledgeable.
