We had a great experience working with Augusta Lock storage. I needed a storage unit quickly and was in a bit of a scramble trying to find a place with climate control that was affordable. My husband stumbled upon an add for Augusta Lock storage, and I'm so glad he did. Although they didn't have the size available that I originally wanted, their prices were so affordable that I could get the next size up well under budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Neither my husband or I have rented a storage unit before and they were patient and answered all our questions. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They just seemed to like their job, and customer service. I won't move my stuff in until the end of the week, but so far I would recommend this place. Some of the best customer service I've experienced!

Customer service is excellent. The area is clean and well maintenanced. April made sure that I got a new rope for my unit and sprayed for ants. I recommend Augusta Lock Storage to anyone, prices are excellet and so is the customer service.
