Our non-profit org has been renters for about 6 weeks. So far we are very happy with our move! Aliya and Lloyd were tremendously helpful and responsive in negotiating a good price on a rental contract. The facility manager, Titus, is very friendly and helpful too! The facility is clean, and the electronic access is very easy. We are thrilled with our unit location and very grateful for a good, secure, climate controlled space. We are very happy with the 10x5 option as opposed to a 5x10. Access is much easier.

Cynthia, is a saint! Patient, kind, creative with helping us fill out the forms that kept sending us back to the beginning. If it had not been for her we would have gone to another storage facility. She persisted and was encouraging. Seriously Cynthia hands down is AMAZING!!

The agent that helped me get it set up was absolutely phenomenal, kind, and thorough and truly a wonderful process. I was skeptical at first as to how it would work as I’ve only rented a storage unit one time and it was not a great experience. Store Way is amazing. Again loved my sweet agent. Aleiha amazing
