Just got notice of a 4th increase of rent in less than 2 years. When tried to contact someone and expressed my issue they disconnected the chat. I asked for a manager or district manager and wasn't assisted at all they just disconnected. Tried to call the local location twice, no answer.

The property manager Mr Robert is amazing! He is so compassionate about his job and he works with his customers to help accommodate their needs due to circumstances. He is friendly and is always willing to communicate with you about discounts or just updating information about your account. He calls even for reminder as well. Highly recommend this place Public storage at 6134 Gordon hwy! Thank you! 😊

This has been a great option for storage for us. Always clean and well kept. Chelsea provided a very fun and friendly experience taking care of my storage admin. Happy and helpful, highly recommended.
