Thouroughly disgusted and upset. One word. RATS !!! Let me say it again. Rats, rats, and more rats. You will find in the photos evidence of what the rats left behind ( I spared you having to see the dead ones I found ) . They brought in items from other units (feathers, rope, etc.) . They tore up my boxes. My shoes. My clothes. They ruined photographs that cannot be replaced. They chewed up valuable paperwork. They urinated and defecated on EVERYTHING in my unit. Zero response to multiple complaints. And.. Guess what ? ALL of those things are specifically EXCLUDED in the insurance, so forget about that. Not to mention, in one year there were two rate hikes that nearly doubled my original monthly with absolutely NO explanation or justification. I've had several storage units in my lifetime. I have NEVER experienced this in any other town in any other state. This place is horrible, and I am currently seriously contemplating a lawsuit.

Christina was a saint. She helped with the process by making it easy and understandable. She walked me through the process and helped me by finding the cheapest price that was affordable. The property was clean and sufficient for my family and I. Thanks Christina!

I was visiting my storage unit when my key became jammed in the lock. Upon notifying the office, I was assisted by Christina, who was on duty at the time. She was extremely understanding and friendly, and despite being scheduled to leave for lunch within half an hour, she went out of her way to help me. Christina promptly resolved the issue by removing the key from the lock and ensured everything was functioning properly. She also kindly offered her assistance for any future needs I might have. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly exemplify outstanding customer service at its finest.
