Box Self Storage Units

My review is at currently 4 stars because I had only just rented a unit yesterday and haven't gotten the full experience of it yet. So far, it was quite easy to access a unit on the spot. I was able to order a unit online, go to an appointment to see it an hour later, and with some paperwork, I had a unit I could access within 1-2 hours. Will Leary was the guy who worked with us in picking a unit, he was really friendly and ensured to ask us if we had any questions or anything of the sort and helped us pick the best possible storage unit. My only complaint is we were planning to store our motorcycle in a storage unit while I was in the process of moving and while the website mentions a lot about car and motorcycle storage, it wasn't exactly easy to find the details of such because Will had to let us know we COULDN'T store our motorcycle there and so now I have to find somewhere else to store it. Otherwise, security seems good with plenty of coded entryways and I had a good experience so far. I will maybe write a second review once I get some usage out of this place.

Drew was amazing! He was so helpful and showed so much interest in my needs. He made sure that I had the correct size storage unit for me. He even showed me a couple different units! I would definitely ask for Drew when you go in!

Love our storage, parking is probably the hardest but they do have a private garbage but if it's full (2 cars at a time) then you'll have to park at a meter on the street. I haven't had this issue as of yet but could be an inconvenience. I do like that it is security controlled so noone can just walk in there while your there without a code. Feels more safe than outdoor storage units.
