Sarah is great at her customer service skills and she really works with you to make everything work out. She has gone above and beyond what anyone else has ever done at any other storage facility. Thank you. Burnham storage is a great place and it's very safe with all the cameras and the individual that lives on site as well as all the other people keeping an eye out. Multiple times i have sent in requests and called to this business about getting a storage unit. NEVER received a call or email back. Left Sarah 2 VMs about my interest, didn’t hear back. I went in and she made me walk around by myself to check out a unit. Never heard back …. Thanks for the great service

We are a small local business owner in Tigard and we’re contracted to perform some work recently at the Burnham business and storage center. I just wanted to express our gratitude to the on site property manager Sarah. Her communication and correspondence throughout the process was top-notch and allowed us to perform our work successfully and safely. We also had to block a few tenants from accessing their space properly and they were friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend this facility!
