FURIOUS. Will NEVER use Public Storage again. They've raised our rent 82% in less than a year. The definition of bait and switch. Incredibly shady business practices. I'm utterly disgusted. Go elsewhere. UPDATE: We decided to take our business elsewhere since this unit became unaffordable after the multiple price increases. When we opened the unit we found that the roof had leaked and damaged our unreplaceable vintage mid-century modern coffee table. Photos of water stains on the ceiling and floor attached. Rent here if you want your rent hiked every few months and your stuff damaged.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The gates are always broken, codes never work and the manager is never here or available. It’s also very hard to access from 99w. Save your money and time and go somewhere that will actually allow you access to your storage unit. I’ve been trying to get my things for a month! This place is a joke!

Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me handle our storage issues! He went way above and beyond to help us!
