Century 21 Self Storage

Amazing service. Very clean facility, I never saw any debris around and had no spider’s or signs of pests in my unit. I’ve lived in the area for 15+years and I know the area has kind of gotten a little rough to say the least but I never noticed too much foot traffic or anyone lingering around the area. I had an outside unit right by the front entrance and was there pretty regularly over the last 5 months. Overall great experience with Century 21 and the employees there as well as some of the other tenants. I felt safe leaving my valuables there literally thousands of dollars of shop equipment, electronics, and car parts(nothing with fluids) knowing that everything would be exactly as I left it. I really felt the need to write this review as I had such a great experience from start to finish with Century 21 putting me at ease knowing my belongings were safe and protected. Thank you to everyone at Century 21 for your excellent customer service and upkeep of your facilities. I would highly recommend your storage facility to anyone in or out of the area looking for a great price and quality storage unit.

I've been using Century 21 Self Storage in Lakewood Washington for well over 5 years now. I can get to my storage unit as late as 10pm at night. It's close to JBLM(Joint Bases Lewis and McCord) and in between two freeway exits. The well known I-5 freeway, from the State of Washington, through Oregon and yep, even California. The perfect location to store years and even decades of memories. Smaller to larger units are available to choose from. This facility is equipped with an on-site clean restroom, with guess what? A mirror, a clear mirror with no graffiti. LOL! It's true though. Personalized coded gate entry and 24 hour surveillance, covering units and entire lot. If you're looking for a safe place to store your belongings, this is the place. The staff is awesome and are very kind when answering their phones during business. Originally we called and spoke with a lady and she was very helpful and made sure we got the best deal possible on prices. Then when we showed up at the storage, the guy at the counter was just as helpful and walked us around showing us the different sizes to make sure we got the size we needed. The price was great, they had amazing specials and the staff was very friendly. We were in and out of there. I also like the fact that they have actual hours and aren't open 24hrs because the location is not ideal. The double gated entrance definitely makes me feel like my stuff will be secure. We would definitely recommend this place.
