I had a great experience. I had issues online, problems with phone. Visited O.D. storage and was greeted by a very professional and helpful young lady name Ciera. Ciera attended to my every issues and every needs and solved them all. Even though she had to depart to her other location, she still took the time in helping me. I was able to get the storage in a timely manner. THANK YOU CIERA. I also give you another 5 star on your personality.

The facility was clean and well organized, and Candy’s helpful attitude made it easy to choose the right unit. Absolutely wonderful customer service! Candy helped us so much, and had so much patience with us. We had two little ones with us, and she was so sweet and kind with them. She also answered any and all questions that we had, no matter how many times it took for us to understand!! If we could recommend anyone, it’s Candy 100%!
