I would like to give Ciera a 5 star review! Excellent vibe upon arrival on 1-19-26; she was very professional with helping me to get my account up to date. Every time I’ve seen her at the facility she’s quick to speak! Great reminders good customer service still exists.

I forgot her name but she is the front desk person here and she was absolutely amazing! I was there this week, I’m sorry, I believe it was Cierra? 🥲 So helpful though. She helped me with the sizing of the units and deals of the month. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to put their lovely belongings ☺️

I have rented from Public Storage - at various locations - throughout the recent years. Both, for my current storage needs and, also, for my past storage needs. I have always had excellent service from them - utilizing the different locations this company has around my area. The move in process has always been swift, with the required paperwork that you must fill out simple enough to get through. I believe that the Online Payment System, to pay for monthly rent, is easy to use from the Public Storage Downloadable App. Also, you can access Locked Front Gate Entry through their Downloadable App., using your Cell Phone (that is, Once You Fill Out Their Rental Agreement and Become A Legal Renter - As Described Within Their Rental Agreement, also, Paying Their Requested Fees). The various Public Storage Rental Units that I've used throughout the years, have always been clean and swept out before my arrival with my storage items. Public Storage offers (what appears to me to be) a Heavy Duty Storage Unit Lock for your Unit (Note: At Some Locations, A One Time Minimal Fee May Apply For An Accepted Lock By You). In My Opinion, Public Storage Is The Place To Go To For Your Storage Needs.
