Hi, my name is John Olsson. I’ve had quite a few storage units in my past. Just moving around and finding the right place. I gave this review five stars because it was five star service. Upon coming in, Tanya Greeted me with An amazing smile and happiness and energy. She gave me a bit of a tour of the unit and was very very patient with the fact that I was coming just an hour before close. After receiving everything from her, I came back a couple days later to follow up to check on the unit. by Zion with so much enthusiasm, it made me feel like I was already a friend and I didn’t know the guy. He kept up the energy while showing me some things that I wasn’t quite sure about the unit area. Made sure that I left with a smile and company wise. I would recommend this storage unit, maybe for people just looking for part-time storage. Although it seems like the facilities have a lot to offer for a longtime storages and I would definitely trust my possessions with these two. I hope To enjoy my experiences with you whenever I come to visit my unit the way that I have on my first and second visit so far. Thank you so much all and great job Zion and Tanya

This location was auctioning off a unit, and in one of the photos you can clearly see an item missing. The only way that could happen is if someone within the facility removed it. It is illegal to take or remove anything while a storage unit is under auction. I will also be reporting this to the auction website. If they were willing to do this and still post the photos, it really makes you wonder what else is happening behind the scenes. Update on their response: When a unit goes up for auction, the photos are normally taken on the spot. It makes no sense to claim an old photo was “mistakenly used.” The photos are obviously from the same time frame, and there’s no reasonable explanation for why an “old photo” of that same unit would even exist. It’s clear that someone inside the facility are going through the unit before or during the auction, and it ended up being caught in the photos. Now it makes you wonder how many times this has happened before. And instead of taking responsibility, they try to give some weak excuses.

The lady was very funny and friendly. She let us see the inside of the storage units to make sure the size we needed. As we only needed a small unit. I went back a few days later and forgot my information so the young African man (I Ididnt see a name tag) was very helpful and got me into my storage unit. The office was clean and quiet.
