Best self storage we have ever experienced! So clean, climate controlled, well lit and well run. Feels very safe. Very accessible with drive-in bays & loading docks. Super convenient location. The general manager Roy was consistently kind and helpful. He does an all around great job managing the place - he’s on top of every detail. We really appreciate him and this location in general. I have used CubeSmart (Evanston) storage for a number of years (both small & large units). It is very well-managed (by Roy), clean, well-lit, & climate-controlled. I have confidence that my storage contents are secure and I feel safe entering the facility due to its security features. When I have had any customer service questions, Roy has promptly answered them. This is my local “go to” storage facility!

Roy the Manager is super friendly and helpful. Took my anxiety away about the entire process of renting a space and covered all the details. The facility is spotless and shiny, I could t believe it’s been in business for 16 yrs. I thought it just opened. I would recommend this location to anyone, but it’s truly my first impression with Roy that made my experience a pleasant one.
