Dropped off the truck overnight. Their app didn't at work. Chatted with their support and was told to just leave the truck and take a picture of the mileage. In the morning, this location's charged 2 gallons for gas even though it was filled up to the correct point. And then charged a $25 cleaning fee even though the truck was clean. I'm leaving four stars because they did waive the fees once I complain about it. But you should always make sure you take pictures of the truck when dropping off in case you need proof

This experience was dangerous, unacceptable, and deeply disturbing. I rented a U-Haul truck for a time-sensitive move involving PODS containers. The truck I was given was mechanically faulty and unsafe. On one occasion, the engine stalled and would not start, causing major delays. Even worse, the heater completely stopped working during freezing winter weather. I was forced to drive and work for extended periods in below-freezing temperatures with no heat. Despite wearing gloves, the cold was so severe that I could feel it through my gloves and into my bones. My hands were in extreme pain, and I was genuinely concerned about hypothermia and frostbite. During snowfall, the windows fogged up, and without heat there was no way to properly defrost or clear visibility, creating a serious safety hazard. I repeatedly attempted to contact U-Haul customer support and roadside assistance, often waiting 20+ minutes on hold with no response. I received no timely help while being exposed to dangerous conditions. Because the truck failure put me far behind schedule, I went to another U-Haul facility to seek help switching trucks so I could complete my move. Instead of assistance, I was met with extreme hostility from the on-site manager, who was acting as an official representative of U-Haul. Rather than showing any concern for my condition or the broken truck, the manager shouted at me, refused to help in any way, and aggressively demanded that I remove the truck from his lot immediately. He repeatedly stated that he “did not want that broken truck” on his property and told me to “take it back where it came from.” His behavior was loud, aggressive, and entirely unprofessional, to the point where it felt like he was barking at me rather than speaking to a customer. He made it very clear he had no intention of helping, despite the unsafe condition of the truck and the physical distress I was in. At no point did this U-Haul representative attempt to de-escalate, assist, or show basic human concern. I was already cold, in pain, and under extreme time pressure, and this interaction only made the situation worse. Between the unsafe vehicle, lack of customer support, exposure to extreme cold, and abusive treatment by management, U-Haul placed me in a situation that was both physically dangerous and completely avoidable. This reflects a serious failure in vehicle maintenance, customer support, and management professionalism. I strongly caution anyone considering renting from this location.

Terrible terrible experience. Hidden fees is an understatement, they were pulling out sub clauses in my contract to charge me 100+ extra dollars that were improper charges. Service is unbearable. Wouldent recommend if you had no other option!
