Leticia was such a huge help while I was trying to figure out how to access a friend’s storage space. She was patient, respectful and with excellent follow through. She has outstanding communications skills, and is a kind and helpful person. Highly recommend I-storage. Units are clean and organized.

Leticia was so kind, patient and helpful; she made my move out process incredibly easy. My car battery died on the property and I had to have AAA come out and install a new one. Leticia did not leave until I was squared away and she was never unpleasant about it. She’s an exemplary manager.

Good storage place, clean and well kept. Went there 2 days in a row and the office was closed during posted business hours. Needed to speak with a location rep rather than a phone rep.
