Great experience! Brian helped us move from two small units to one larger one. He was very friendly, professional, and thoughtful in helping us select the best option. We've been customers here for 3 years now and have no complaints. Facilities are also kept very clean.

CubeSmart was helpful when we needed some space to store extra items we didn’t need at home. The facility was clean, easy to navigate, was well lit, and I felt safe every time I visited since the store had cameras to see what happens inside the building. We had appreciated the help of the store manager, Brian and the experienced service he offered when we moved in, when we had questions regarding our account, and when we moved out. He always treated us well and had given us sufficient time to discuss with him concerns or questions we had about our belonging in the storage container. The only reason we ended our lease was due to the pricing of the storage unit; nothing that the specific store has done. I would recommend anyone to use CubeSmart.

This facility is clean, efficient, well-run and conveniently situated at the crossroads of several Brooklyn neighborhoods. When I booked the unit online, Brian the manager reached out to me to make sure I knew what to do next, how to complete the online lease agreement, and what to expect when I arrived. Moving day was, as many are, chaotic and stressful. The truck bringing my parents’ belongings from their old house was several hours behind schedule, and everything to go to storage was in the very back of the (enormous) truck. So after dropping everything off at the new house as fast as we could, we rushed over to the storage space, arriving only 23 minutes before closing. Despite our team of movers and our best hustle, at closing time we were still at it and would have had to return the next morning were it not for Brian graciously waiting for us to complete our task. Though I don’t advocate doing what we did and imposing on the goodwill of this facility’s employees, I am extremely grateful that, under the circumstances, someone was kind and sympathetic, and it was a major relief to be able to get our truck unloaded and back to the lot on time. I’m sure cubesmart employees see a lot of people on their worst day. I highly recommend storing at the cubesmart on Atlantic and Classon; having rented units both for work and personal use at other facilities in the city, both with cubesmart and their competitors, I can say this is the cleanest, best laid out facility I’ve seen in New York. Our unit was cleaned for us, had locks waiting for us for our use. Most of all, I appreciated that there was no musty smell typical of these facilities, the floors were squeaky clean, and there is ample lighting! In many facilities I have had to bring flashlights and battery powered lanterns just to see what I’m doing, but this facility is absolutely flooded with light which makes everything a dozen times easier. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you again to Brian!
