CubeSmart Self Storage of Brooklyn

I’ve been a member of this storage unit since Spring 2025, and I can confidently say it’s the best one I’ve ever been a part of. I’ve tried a few other storage facilities in the New York City area, but this one truly stands out. The place is always clean, and the customer service here is top tier. One employee who has made my experience even better is Lesle. She is an amazing person—always on point and dedicated to getting the job done. From day one, she has greeted me with a warm smile :) If you’re looking for a nice, clean storage unit with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this facility!

Leslie and the team at 1151 E New York Ave (Store 0102) were superb in helping me find options to keep my monthly rate low as well as only charge me for the day when I went over instead of the month when I transferred to a bigger storage space. Overall great customer service!

Cube Smart is the place to go to. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and smells very nice. They communicate very effectively. The unit I have is small just how I needed it but it is very spacious.
