Mervin from maintenance was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful — he handled everything efficiently and with genuine care. Andre, the General Manager, was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every concern was addressed properly. Giselle from customer service truly went above and beyond. Her kindness, clear communication, and willingness to help made a stressful situation feel easy and supported. This team demonstrated exceptional customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Because of them, my experience with CubeSmart has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you all for setting such a high standard.

I’ve been a customer here for 2 years and each time I access the unit, I appreciate how clean and organized the establishment is. I especially wish to highlight Giselle, who REALLY helped me during a stressful experience when I accidentally broke my lock! She was quick to help me manage the issue at the end of the work day, found immediate solutions and, most importantly, treated me with kindness and grace. I’ve had a really good experience at this CubeSmart. The building is always clean and I feel safe whenever I go in. Giselle is so kind and helpful. She really goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of. This whole process would’ve been way more stressful without her!
