I had an excellent experience at CubeSmart. Nelida greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived and walked me through everything step by step. She showed me a few different unit options, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process completely seamless. The facility is in tip-top shape — very clean, well maintained, and secure. There’s also plenty of parking, which makes it very easy to get in and out when loading or unloading. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Jeanette was amazing help!! She was very helpful in showing us available units for a possible upgrade. We discussed prices and she showed us what they looked like. Definitely feel safe with staff and having my personal items storage at this location.

Such a great great experience here! I’ve used several storage facilities, and I can confidently say that if this place is ever rated #2, then no one deserves to be called #1. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. 👍👍👍 Not only that, and people here also make sure the moving carts are returned to their proper spot for the next person to use. It’s the little details like this that really matter to me. 🤝🤝🤝 A huge shoutout to Harry—he keeps the entire property consistently clean, safe, and well-organized, from the leaves on the street to the spotless unit hallways.
