Cube Smart is a very friendly and clean storage facility. Miss Jackie the receptionist was very professional and knowledgeable of the facility. She was very detailed and understanding of your contract. I highly recommend the SMART CUBE facility. I give it FIVE STARS 🌟

0/10 Do not rent here! Predatory place makes you get insurance and then my unit had rats and the clause in the lease doesn’t cover it but they smile in your face and hand you a pamphlet with the number to call to file a claim and they don’t cover the loss! The place is filthy and poorly run! I would never rent from cubesmart again and I have had unit from psl to Miami never an issue! The staff is rude. Especially the manager! I would never rent from this place ever! The green mold all over the entrance way to my unit from the gutter they empty from never being cleaned or power washed was disgusting. The doors filthy even the roll up doors for each unit covered in dust and filth! They collect rent and that is it raise your rent periodically no bathrooms open at the second off site location they refuse to give tenants a separate code to use out of pure laziness bc “homeless” people would bathe in them. Even asking for them to change it every few weeks and they refused. My unit was #402 it’s covered in rat feces and the concrete is stained from the rat urine in all the back corners! This place sucks! Do not rent here you will be so disappointed! The regional manager never returned one phone call I called corporate countless times! Do not rent here! Property has trash all around the gates and green mold by the entrance to my unit #402 managers do absolutely nothing but sit in the office. God forbid they pick up a power washer and clean the place it is gross!

My experience with CubeSmart was amazing fast and easy. I was greeted and treated with respect by the young lady Jackie. The walk through and showing went smoothly as she provided me with all the rules and safety precautions for the storage. The price is great and paper work was well explained with all of my questions answered by Jackie. Thank you Jackie for making me feel comfortable and safe. Great work !!!
