Great service, Ms Sarah at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was very informative and went over every detail. , friendly and very helpful. She even walked over to my unit to help me with code and lock. The location is great , I can take the bus there and there’s parking for when I drive. Julian was very helpful and efficient. I was interested in a unit that was in an extremely convenient spot and wanted to jump on it before it got rented it out. He had me sorted and answered all my questions immediately.

I’d like to start off my saying that I’d leave zero stars if I could. I came to Cubesmart on May 25, 2025 after buying my first home and I wanted to get furniture from storage. Only to find that it was covered in an absurd amount of rat feces, urine and other fluids I couldn’t have possibly imagined. They ruined several pieces of furniture. Cubesmart said to contact my renters insurance and I found out that rats weren’t covered. I literally would have saved more money if I had just bought new furniture than leaving my stuff at Cubesmart. My things were there for just around two years for reference
